A post that breaks the rules

Report it from the menu on the post itself. A report goes to the people who moderate that board - an administrator on a general board, the clan's own staff on a clan board - and the queue is answered oldest first.

You are told the report was filed. What happens to the post is the moderators' to decide, and a post taken down carries the reason it was.

Your clan's listing

If you run a listed clan, everything on its page is yours to edit where it sits. If your clan is not listed yet, apply and it will be read.

If something on a clan's page is wrong and you do not run that clan, its own forum board is where its staff will see it.

The General Discussion board works too, and has the advantage of being answered where everybody can read the answer.
