Privacy

What this site stores, who else sees it, and how long it is kept. It is short because the site collects very little.

There is no analytics and no tracking

No analytics script, no tracking pixel and no advertising network runs on this site. Nothing follows you between pages, and nothing is sold.

If you sign in

Signing in goes through Discord and asks for the identify scope alone. What is kept is your Discord account id, your display name and your avatar hash. No email address, no password and no server list is requested or stored.

A sign-in writes one session row and one cookie the page's own scripts cannot read. The session expires on its own, and signing out deletes the row.

If you apply for a clan

An application keeps what you typed and the one screenshot you sent. The screenshot is served to administrators only, is never cached, and is deleted the moment the application is decided.

The decision, and the reason with it, is kept.

If you post on the forums

A post is stored as you typed it and is public. Taking a post down hides its words rather than erasing the row, so a moderator can put it back; the reason it came down is shown, the moderator's name is not.

Votes are stored against your account so a vote can be changed or withdrawn.

Who else your browser talks to

Cloudflare sits in front of every request to this site and sees the address you asked for and the address you asked from.

Your browser fetches avatars from Discord's CDN and item icons from the Iron Foundry API, so both see a request from you. Neither is sent anything about who you are.

Who this site talks to on your behalf

Clan statistics are fetched from Wise Old Man by the server, on a schedule, not by your browser and not when you visit. Discord is contacted once when you sign in.

Where it is kept

One database on one server, behind Cloudflare. Uploaded artwork is stored as files beside it.
